I have met another author, Vendel Rodriquez S. and he has expressed a want to join my site. So also stories, but a different style from what you know from Miss Mantis. Also, as I’m the blogger of my own site, Vendel has his own blog, which you can find here.
What I can say is that Vendel’s stories are more controversial, so not all of my dear lurkers might like them, feeling personally addressed. Just remember, chances are Vendel doesn’t know you at all, so if you recognise yourself in his stories, it is you who making the connection, not Vendel. Currently my plan is to provide a short abstract of every story. I personally think Vendel’s stories are well worth the reading and I also think it is good to be shown a mirror once in a while.

Socrates’ Shit and the People-hater - Feb 2010
This is Vendel’s first story here, and it is entirely my fault for not putting this up months ago. This first story is about a relationship that is, but not is at the same time. Some of you might recognise this, as you might find yourself stuck somewhere with someone you sort have to get along, but can’t really. What ensues is uncomfortable situation in which being friendly, or not, is neither totally honest or totally hypocrite. For the readers that think they are in this right now, remember what I said above, chances are it is not about you, but the writer’s ability to let you see it as such. Enjoy!
